Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to every order placed on lingmeishop.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
The site is operated by Sanex Trading WLL, commercial registration 180333, Shop No. 29, Awqaf Building, Zone 56, Street 995, Building 212, Abu Hamour, Doha, Qatar.
Products and pricing
All prices are in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and include any applicable taxes.
We try to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate. If we find an error in the price or description of something you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatching it and you can either confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.
Product images are representative. Minor differences in packaging or shade may occur between batches.
Stock
We sell both online and from our shop, so stock moves quickly. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and offer either a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund. Your choice.
Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email, not at the moment of payment.
We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if we cannot verify the payment, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through SkipCash, which handles the transaction through Qatar’s national payment gateway. We do not store your card details.
Orders are not prepared or dispatched until payment has cleared.
Delivery
We deliver within Qatar only.
- Flat delivery charge: 25 QAR
- Free delivery on orders over 700 QAR
- Free pickup from our shop at Shop No. 29, Awqaf Building, Zone 56, Street 995, Building 212, Abu Hamour, Doha, Qatar during 10:00am to 1:00pm and 3:30pm to 10:00pm daily, Friday 3:30pm to 10:00pm only
Orders are dispatched the next working day and normally arrive within one working day of dispatch. An order placed on Monday is dispatched Tuesday. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, traffic, public holidays or an incorrect address given at checkout are outside our control.
Please make sure your phone number and address are correct. If a delivery fails because nobody was reachable at the address given, a second attempt may be charged again.
Pickup orders
Pickup orders are held for 3 days. Bring your order number. If you are sending someone else to collect, tell us in advance.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order at no cost any time before it has been dispatched. Email or call us as soon as possible. Once an order is with the driver we cannot stop it, but you can still return it under our Refund and Returns Policy.
Use of products
Badminton equipment is sports equipment. Use it as intended. We are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from misuse, or from use of worn or damaged equipment.
Liability
Our responsibility to you is limited to the value of the goods you purchased. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed matches, travel costs or lost time.
Nothing here limits any rights you have under Qatari law.
Intellectual property
The content, images and design of this website belong to Sanex Trading WLL or to LING-MEI. Do not reproduce them without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Qatari courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on the site at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
